Marvel's Spider-Man Episode Fifty-One: Goblin War, Part Four

Goblin War, Part Four


First Aired: December 1st, 2019

Synopsis: Within the Oscorp building debris falls, which damages the structure of the foam Harry and Spider-Man are trapped in. They're able to escape as Doctor Octopus tells them that the mech Vulture is in can control other technology, and that he's heading towards a military base. Harry comes up with the idea of locking Toomes out of some of the systems before they all load, and is successful in shutting him out of the mental interface. However, he gets knocked out and Spider-Man has to carry him away. Miles, Ghost Spider, and Spider-Girl all show up and assist Spider-Man in fighting Vulture's mech, but they're all eventually defeated and Toomes destroys the encryption device locking down the systems, giving him access to everything. He starts controlling technology, and a recovered Harry says that the only way to lock him out of the mech now is using another machine that uses a neural interface, which he doesn't have. Thankfully, Spider-Man knows where one can be found: the neuro-cortex at Horizon.

Marvel's Spider-Man Episode Fifty: Goblin War, Part Three

Goblin War, Part Three


First Aired: November 24th, 2019

Synopsis: Spider-Girl and Ghost Spider fight Electro and some goblins using her technology before Spider-Man shows up to help them. They escape the subway tunnel they're in when Crossbones, also a member of the Goblin Nation, shows up and blows it up. Spider-Man then takes the others and Miles to the lair that Doctor Octopus works out of. Harry is also there, and he explains that Vulture will now know of the mech he built, which has three keys needed to activate it. Spider-Girl and Miles go for one of the keys but are attacked by Electro, while Ghost Spider goes for another and is attacked by the Wake Riders. Harry and Spider-Man, meanwhile, are attacked by Silvermane and his cyber-goblins when they go for their part. At the same time, Anna Maria comes in to help Doctor Octopus discover why the spider-bots can't see the goblins.

Marvel's Spider-Man Episode Forty-Nine: Goblin War, Part Two

Goblin War, Part Two


First Aired: November 17th, 2019

Synopsis: Harry takes Peter to his family tomb, where he's found footprints matching Norman's and some hidden stairs. They go in as Spider-Man and the Hobgoblin. Meanwhile, Spider-Girl and Ghost Spider are looking for goblins when they're approached by Doctor Octopus in a spider-bot. Although he tries talking to them about how he's looking for Spider-Man since he thinks he's being led into a trap, they don't listen to him and they destroy all of the bots. They soon find a goblin who they beat up, and the equipment they find on them lets them find a nearby lair of goblins. Unbeknownst to them, Ock follows them in another spider-bot. At the same time, Spider-Man explains to Harry what happened with him and Doctor Octopus, but as they continue going through the secret passage Spider-Man realises that Harry's been here before. Harry denies it but admits that he never actually left New York after his father's death.

Marvel's Spider-Man Episode Twenty-Nine: Rise Above it All

First Aired: July 2nd, 2018

Synopsis: Spider-Man is getting criticised by J. Jonah Jameson when he's seemingly attacked by a group of Vulture-like villains, only for them to create an air show and use Spider-Man within it. Afterwards they introduce themselves as Barkley Blitz and the Wake Riders, and extreme sports and stunt team. Suspicious of their technology, Spider-Man asks where they got it and Blitz says that he made it himself. They ask Spider-Man to do another stunt with him, and after seeing how much everyone likes him now that he's worked with the Wake Riders, he agrees. While Spider-Man's setting up a net to catch Blitz from a fall, he hears the sound of a break-in. He investigates it once the stunt is over and finds Vulture there, who claims that he's investigating things and that the Wake Riders were responsible for the break-in, and for plenty of others around the globe. Spider-Man's unsure whether or not to trust Vulture, but does agree to work with the Wake Riders on their next stunt.

Marvel's Spider-Man Episode Twenty-Four: The Hobgoblin, Part One

First Aired: February 18th, 2018

Synopsis: Peter tries talking to Harry and resolving things between them but Harry is still annoyed. Peter has to leave to investigate some loud noise as Spider-Man, and he finds Doctor Octopus capturing Max Modell, alongside the Sinister Five. They're successful in getting away with Max despite Spidey's best efforts. Harry, meanwhile, is experimenting to try and undo the damage dealt to Norman by Spider-Man's blood, and tests his cure on himself to see whether it will bond to his DNA. Spider-Man continues chasing after Doctor Octopus, but is waylaid by Vulture, Steel Spider, and Rhino. He defeats all of them, and although he loses Doctor Octopus in the process, he guesses that Ock is at his old base that he used when they briefly were a team. Doctor Octopus is in there, but when Spider-Man tells him to let Max go he complies suspiciously easily and then reveals that Max was just a way to draw Spider-Man's attention and let the Sinister Five wear him down. He then puts a mind control disc on Spider-Man, making his team the Sinister Six.

Marvel's Spider-Man Episode Ten: Kraven's Amazing Hunt

Kraven's Amazing Hunt

First Aired: September 30th, 2017

Synopsis: Spider-Man and Miles and fighting Scorpion, who runs off and lures them into a hunt by Kraven the Hunter, a reality show host. Unbeknownst to them, he's been hired by Norman Osborn to capture both spiders after his Slayers failed. Kraven turns out to have booby-trapped most of the city in his attempt to capture the heroes, but when Miles is able to use his venom blast to escape a net Spider-Man realises that with Miles being an unknown, it makes him unpredictable to Kraven. Extrapolating from that, he decides to act unpredictably and goes into the sewers, where he normally never goes, but Kraven turns out to have anticipated that and traps them in an energy cage. Spider-Man's able to free them by webbing the cage controls from Kraven, but Kraven is humiliated and comes after them, above ground once more, with heat-seeking darts. Miles is hit by one and it causes him to panic, unexpectedly activating his camouflage powers and turning him invisible.

Marvel's Spider-Man Episode Seven: Symbiotic Relationship

First Aired: September 16th, 2017

Synopsis: Spider-Man stops a bunch of crimes with his new suit, finding his performance is above and beyond what he can normally do. While stopping some AIM troopers he sees Vulture flying around and tries to stop him, but discovers that Norman Osborn has pulled some strings to get Vulture out of jail so that he can be a faculty member of Osborn Academy. Vulture, AKA Adrian Toomes, soon tells Norman Osborn that Horizon High will likely be presenting the V-252 at the upcoming Stark Expo, and is asked to steal it. Toomes is reluctant, but Alistair Smythe volunteers to do so using the Vulture suit. He breaks into Horizon High but Spider-Man is able to get a tracer on him while saving Max Modell. Max notes that during the fight Spider-Man goes overboard in stopping Vulture. Spider-Man goes to Osborn Academy after the tracer, but discovers that Adrian Toomes has been there all night. When Spider-Man gets aggressive at this, Harry uses a sonic weapon on him, which causes the V-252 to lash out.

Marvel's Spider-Man Episode One: Horizon High, Part One

First Aired: August 19th, 2017

Synopsis: Some bank robbers are trying to steal vibranium, and Spider-Man prepares to stop them. He starts to doubt himself before remembering what Uncle Ben said about great responsibility coming with great responsibility, and goes after the robbers. He's able to stop their getaway car but is attacked by the Vulture, the leader of the group. Vulture manages to get away when Spider-Man has to save some cops from raining glass shards. Shortly afterwards, Peter Parker and Harry Osborn meet up before school, and Harry says that Peter should apply for Horizon High, which he attends. There's an opening coming up and Max Modell, its head, is showing up at Midtown High to do a speech and scout students. Peter then heads to school for the speech, and Max introduces his students Anya Corazon and Miles Morales as examples of what Horizon High is looking for. Behind the stage, Spencer Smythe tricks Harry into investigating a reactor which Anya's about to show and takes a photo of him, before sabotaging it himself. When the reactor, which can create vibranium, is wheeled out, Spencer's meddling causes it to go haywire and threaten the students.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode One Hundred and Four: Graduation Day, Part Two

Synopsis: Doctor Octopus locks Aunt May and Spider-Man in the room they're in, but not before revealing that the hard light shell surrounding the superheroes is going to shrink in size. Once he's left Aunt May reveals that as a graduation present she brought Peter his original web shooters. He puts them on and rappels out the window to a SHIELD armoury, where he grabs a jet pack. Spider-Man flies towards Oscorp, having realised that Norman Osborn wasn't at the graduation ceremony. Vulture appears and damages the jetpack, but Spider-Man gets away regardless. He meets with Norman who says that he can restore Spider-Man's powers, and reveals that he's gotten his memory as the Goblin back, but has kept Spider-Man's identity to himself out of respect. They manage to find a secret laboratory of Doctor Octopus' where the original radioactive spider is and it bites Spider-Man. Doctor Octopus then appears with his Sinister Six, wanting revenge on Norman, but to Spider-Man's dismay he discovers that the spider hasn't restored his powers.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode One Hundred and Three: Graduation Day, Part One

First Aired: January 7th, 2017

Synopsis: Peter's getting his diploma from SHIELD Academy today and is excited, but becomes less so when he finds Doctor Octopus in his house. Ock says that if he continues being Spider-Man he'll threaten Aunt May, but once he leaves Spider-Man places May in a secure SHIELD location. He then tells all of his teammates what's happened, and they split up to go to places where Ock has known associates and locations. Firstly, with his original team Spider-Man finds Scorpion at a warehouse. As they fight him they also find an imprisoned Crossbones, who is forcibly transformed into a Lizard. Both villains are defeated, and Spider-Man finds some plans involving hard-light technology. He's then contacted by the New Warriors, consisting of Triton, Squirrel Girl, Cloak, and Dagger, and goes to help them fight Kraven the Hunter. They rush in against Spider-Man's orders and are attacked by Vulture, too, but Spider-Man's leadership defeats the villains easily.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Eighty-Five: Beached

First Aired: March 27th, 2016

Synopsis: Spider-Man and his allies are looking for Vulture. Amadeus Cho insists that Vulture is a horrible monster but Spider-Man is adamant that he's just hurt and ultimately lost. Vulture appears and attacks them, and the fight leads them to an island before Vulture flies off. As Amadeus and Spider-Man argue over what to do the beach shakes and Sandman appears. After a brief fight they get away, and Spider-Man thinks that Sandman was acting like a child. Amadeus thinks Spider-Man is wrong and that Sandman is just as villainous as Vulture. They're soon attacked by Sandman again, split into multiple beings, and while Spider-Man fights them Amadeus notes a suspicious lighthouse. He investigates it and finds a secret base beneath it, which Spider-Man tells him not to go into. Soon afterwards Amadeus returns to Spider-Man, but it turns out to be the Iron Spider costume being controlled by Sandman, as the real Amadeus has been locked into a machine with what appears to be the original Sandman.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Eighty-Two: Iron Vulture

Synopsis: Spider-Man and his allies are swinging through the city, trying to come up with a codename for Miles, when they find Batroc at the docks trying to escape after a robbery. Miles jumps in, gung-ho, Batroc reveals that his suit has received upgrades from HYDRA, causing Spider-Man to jump into the fight, but Miles wins anyway. Miles is annoyed at Spider-Man, who suggests that they cool off by hanging out with a friend of his - Harry Osborn. They do so in their civilian identities, but shortly after Norman joins in and beats Miles at a snowboarding video game, the Vulture bursts into the penthouse in some new armour. He attacks them all but Norman gets into the Iron Patriot armour and fights him. Peter tries leaving Miles and Harry in Norman's safe room but Miles calls Peter out on trying to ditch him again, so they leave Harry in the safe room and change into their Spider-Man costumes. In the safe room, however, Harry finds some other Iron Patriot armours.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Sixty: New Warriors

First Aired: October 14th, 2014

Synopsis: Spider-Man introduces his team to the New Warriors - Agent Venom, Iron Spider, Ka-Zar and Zabu. They start a training session but are interrupted by Taskmaster teleporting in with his own team, consisting of Cloak, Dagger, and Vulture. Cloak teleports away Spider-Man's original team before Spider-Man and the New Warriors are locked in the room by Taskmaster. They escape via a passageway and then head to where prisoners are incarcerated, realising that Taskmaster's there to free people, but they screw up and accidentally free Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Beetle, and Scorpion. The Goblin teleports away with Taskmaster's team after breaking Amadeus' Iron Spider outfit, and after a brief fight with the remaining villains Spidey and his team make a tactical retreat. Doctor Octopus, Beetle, and Scorpion start to escape the helicarrier using a jet, but Vulture, wanting revenge on Ock, manages to damage it badly enough that it returns to the helicarrier.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Fifty-Eight: The Vulture

The Vulture


First Aired: September 28th, 2014

Synopsis: Spider-Man is looking for the Vulture, a flying person who's been spotted around the city. The Vulture stops a mugging but drops the mugger from a great height, so Spider-Man naturally has to save him. From where Vulture's been seen Spider-Man's able to calculate his most likely lair, but unbeknownst to him is overheard by Taskmaster. When Spider-Man goes to the lair he realises that it's one of Doctor Octopus' old ones, and that Vulture must be a result of Ock's experiments. He briefly fights Vulture who reveals that he's amnesiac and desperate for his memories. Vulture finds a random metal plate which is apparently related to his memories and flies away, and when Spider-Man checks it he sees it's from Oscorp. Spider-Man heads off to Oscorp, but once he's gone Taskmaster sneaks into the lair and tampers with a hidden computer.

Spectacular Spider-Man Episode Seventeen: Shear Strength

Synopsis: The Master Planner is revealed to be Doctor Octopus, who only pretended to have mental issues to throw suspicion away from himself. Peter meets with Norman Osborn who's setting up an old building to be destroyed, but the countdown starts early and nothing can be done to stop it. Changing to Spider-Man, Peter's able to save everyone, not knowing that the countdown starting early is due to Octopus controlling it remotely. Later, Peter's getting coffee with Gwen and Mary Jane, and although Peter keeps paying attention to Liz, Mary Jane is trying to get him and Gwen together. The electronics in the coffee shop, then across the city, start going crazy, and in the confusion Gwen is grabbed by Vulture and Electro. Peter changes to Spider-Man and goes after Electro and Tinkerer, who are getting away in a van, and manages to intimidate Tinkerer into giving up the location of the Master Planner's lair; in the river. At said lair, Doctor Octopus uses Gwen's phone to call George Stacy, and forces him to get security codes from the homeland security base in New York if he doesn't want Gwen to be killed.

Spectacular Spider-Man Episode Sixteen: Reinforcement

First Aired: June 29th, 2009

Synopsis: Spider-Man meets with Blackie Gaxton, a criminal who has information on the tech that Mysterio stole. Blackie tells Spider-Man that Mysterio's working for someone big who's been hiring a lot recently, and a low-level thug who tries running off, Patch, tells Spider-Man that said person is the Master Planner. Elsewhere, on the Master Planner's orders the Tinkerer gathers Mysterio, Vulture, Sandman, Rhino, Electro, and Kraven the Hunter. When getting Electro from the asylum he's in, Doctor Octopus, also taking part in therapy there, is shaky and nervous, and refuses to come. The villains are all introduced to the Master Planner, who contacts them via a screen and is only seen as a silhouette. He tells them all that he has a plan to stop Spider-Man. Later, Peter and his friends are ice skating at Rockefeller Center and he tries talking to Gwen when Liz Allan focuses her attention on Flash yet again. Gwen is offended that she's Peter's second choice and that he hasn't talked to her since they kissed, and so Mary Jane offers Peter some help. He goes off to get her some cocoa, but Vulture and Electro arrive on the scene, as Kraven's senses let him smell that Spider-Man is nearby. Switching to Spider-Man, Peter's unable to lure the villains away from civilians.

Spectacular Spider-Man Episode Eleven: Group Therapy

First Aired: May 31st, 2008

Synopsis: Electro is released from therapy and contacts Doctor Octopus, who is in prison and has contacted him, as well as Vulture and the Enforcers; Vulture in turn has contacted Sandman and Rhino. That night Electro shuts down the prison's transformer which lets Rhino and Sandman free themselves and the others, who are given their gear by Hammerhead. In the Parker household, Peter finds out that Aunt May is feeling weak, but encourages her to go to a play she was planning on seeing with Anna Watson regardless. He goes to catch up with Eddie Brock, who's annoyed at him once more for seemingly taking photos of Spider-Man stealing the alien organism rather than calling the police. In the city, Rhino goes on a rampage and Spider-Man shows up, but is soon ambushed by the rest of the group. Aunt May is coincidentally in the area, and Spider-Man ushers her into her theatre, but unbeknownst to him she has a heart attack once inside. Spider-Man tries fighting the villains, but they've anticipated the tricks he used to defeat them last time and prepared for it. Spider-Man ends up escaping via the sewers, and when the villains futilely try to follow him they soon end up bickering.

Spectacular Spider-Man Episode One: Survival of the Fittest

Synopsis: Spider-Man defeats Flint Marko and Alex O'Hirn, two robbers working for a mysterious leader in the underworld called the Big Man. Knowing now that Spider-Man isn't just an urban legend, the Big Man authorises the Enforcers to stop him. The next day, Adrian Toomes bullies scientist Otto Octavius at Oscorp since he convinced him to show Norman Osborn his flight tech work, shortly before it was rejected and Oscorp announced their own flight tech, but Norman shows up and kicks Toomes out. At home, meanwhile, Peter is preparing for his school day when he hears Aunt May tell Anna Watson that they're low on money. When he goes to school, he catches up with his friends Gwen Stacy and Harry Osborn, before asking out cheerleader Sally Avril, who rejects him. After science class, the science teacher tells Peter and Gwen that they've been given an internship to Curt Connors' lab, where they did an excursion the previous year and where Peter was bitten by the spider which gave him his powers. Before going to the internship, Peter hangs out at Harry's place, but Adrian Toomes, now the Vulture, shows up and kidnaps Norman.

Spider-Man Unlimited Episode Seven: Cry Vulture

First Aired: February 10th, 2001

Synopsis: When Spider-Man's heading home after a meeting with John Jameson, trying to convince him that the two of them should try and get back to their Earth, he sees a man being kidnapped by some bestials. He tries saving him but is attacked by the Counter-Earth version of the Vulture, who thinks that Spider-Man is working with the kidnappers. The kidnappers get away thanks to the fight but Spider-Man manages to put a spider-tracer on their vehicle before they get away. Returning home, he collapses from his injuries and claims to Naoko that he was attacked when he saw a kidnapping and tried intervening - on describing the man, she recognises him as the person who sweeps the street. Peter immediately changes to Spider-Man and goes after his tracer, but finds that it fell off near a warehouse. Exploring it he finds a package of something called Bestial Beauty, and he looks them up and finds a facility of theirs elsewhere in the city. He gets attacked by guards when he gets closer but is saved by Vulture, who spotted him using the tracer and followed him.

Spider-Man: The Animated Series Episode Fifty-Seven: Six Forgotten Warriors, Chapter Four: The Six Fight Again

 The Six Fight Again

First Aired: October 10th, 1997

Synopsis: Robbie shows up at Omar Mosely's house for the keys he has to the doomsday device, but once Mosely takes him to the lockbox where he has them, Robbie reveals himself to be the Chameleon. Spider-Man and the Destroyer show up and get the keys back, but the rest of the Insidious Six attack and defeat Spider-Man and the Destroyer. The Black Marvel unexpectedly shows up and saves them, but Kingpin reveals that he's holding the real Robbie Robertson hostage, and forces the heroes to give him the two keys. After Robbie's freed, Destroyer is suspicious of the Black Marvel since he's supposed to be dead, but Black Marvel unmasks and reveals that he is and always has been Omar Mosely, as the original test subject was forbidden to participate by his father, but it was a good cover to keep. Black Marvel and Destroyer gather the remaining members of the Six - Miss America and the Whizzer - and they agree to fight again alongside Spider-Man to find the Thunderer and protect the last key.
