Synopsis: Spider-Man talks to the Collector who isn't pleased at all the heroes he's lost. Collector reveals that Grandmaster is the one holding the New Yorkers hostage, not him. It's then time for the next match which pits Spider-Man, Iron Spider, Venom, and Thor against Annihilus, Attuma, and Terrax. Spider-Man is the first to meet the villains but he manages to get away and meet up with his team. While they distract the villains he runs off to SHIELD Academy where he retrieves some robots. When he rejoins his team he reveals that they're Life Model Decoys, which disguise themselves as himself, Iron Spider, and Venom and fight alongside Thor while the real heroes escape. They use a SHIELD jet to break through the force field surrounding New York and reach the Grandmaster's ship, successfully destroying its communications array. They get on board the Grandmaster's ship afterwards so that they can free the New Yorkers from the Grandmaster, thus removing the stakes from the game. Meanwhile, on Earth, the LMD Iron Spider and Venom are defeated, leading to the Collector summoning A-Bomb, Hawkeye, and She-Hulk in response, saying that they'll make it a winners take all match.

The Avenging Spider-Man, Part Two

First Aired: August 31st, 2014

Synopsis: With the Avengers thinking he's Loki, Spider-Man runs away from them, and is somehow able to swim through a sewer to get to Midtown High, where he knows that his former team will be able to tell that it's him. After a brief fight with them they're convinced, but the Avengers and Loki show up and attack them, convinced that "Loki" has brainwashed the heroes. As the fight goes on a train is derailed which Spider-Man saves, convincing the Avengers that he's the real Spider-Man. Loki leaves, and the heroes go off to free Thor and the Hulk, encased in ice by a symbiote-powered dragon. Afterwards Spider-Man gets a call from Nick Fury, saying that Doctor Octopus' old base has an energy signature coming from him. Spider-Man volunteers to go and check it out with his old team, but once they get there Ock starts flooding it and escapes. The team are able to escape using a giant ball of webbing made by Spider-Man.

The Avenging Spider-Man, Part One

First Aired: August 31st, 2014

Synopsis: Spider-Man and his team fight Doctor Octopus, and after defeating him the Avengers approach them, wanting Spider-Man to join them. He's reluctant to leave his team but does so with their blessing. At Avengers Tower he passes a quick test and is given an upgrade to his web shooters from Iron Man, but Black Widow points out that he's not unmasking and showing them the same trust that they're showing him. Captain America says it's fine, though, and the team soon go out to fight threats such as Fin Fang Foom and Attuma. Spider-Man manages to defeat Batroc on his own when his old team are fighting him and gets praise from civilians, who ignore what his old team contributed. Meanwhile, Loki frees Doctor Octopus from his imprisonment and restores his old underwater laboratory, and the two make plans to create more symbiotes from Spider-Man's blood so that Loki can power up some Asgardian monsters for an invasion.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Thirty-Eight: Itsy-Bitsy Spider-Man

First Aired: June 9th, 2013

Synopsis: Spider-Man's team are on an underwater mission looking for Thor. They find the Destroyer armour instead, with a Norn Stone on its chest, and end up in a squabble which has them all accidentally touching it. As a result, they get turned into chibi versions of themselves. After returning to the helicarrier they decide that they need Thor's help, but are instead put in daycare, because this episode is inane. The daycare has a strange kid in it, in spite of Nick Fury saying that it hadn't been used before, and when the team try escaping from daycare their attempt is thwarted by the kid. He reveals himself to be Loki, intending on using the Norn Stone to de-age Thor and his allies so that he'll be the older sibling. Loki leaves, and moments later Thor arrives, also in a chibi form. He helps the team escape from daycare and explains that Loki has activated the Destroyer armour.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Twenty: Run Pig Run

First Aired: September 16th, 2012

Synopsis: As Spider-Man heads to school for photo day, he complains to himself about how he never gets any respect. A hot dog vendor on the street calls to him and offers him a free hot dog as thanks for all the good he does, but once Spider-Man's eaten it the vendor reveals himself to be Loki. The hot dog is enchanted and turns Spider-Man into a pig, and to make matters worse, a fog rolls in and some hunters, led by Skurge the Executioner, appear. Loki reveals that today is the day of the Wild Hunt, and that they'll be hunting down Spider-Man for a feast in Valhalla that night. Spider-Man isn't able to get away from them, but Thor appears to help. He reveals that he can't call off the Wild Hunt, since doing so would go against his father's rules, but he can fight the hunters to help Spider-Man. He throws Spider-Man away with his hammer, bringing Spidey to his high school, where Thor figures Coulson and his teammates can help him. The hunters, predictably, show up at the school.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Nine: Field Trip

First Aired: May 20th, 2012

Synopsis: The team's school is having a field trip at a museum, where they're shown a tablet with Norse runes. A frost giant appears from it, and after all of the civilians have fled, the team suit up and try to fight it. They're doing poorly until Thor shows up and defeats it. He examines a strange stone around the giant's neck which transforms him into a frog, and guesses that it's Loki's work. Thor transports the team to Asgard, but finds that it's all covered in ice. Frost giants attack the team, and they're captured by Loki. He explains that he made a pact with the frost giants and used the Norn Stone to turn Thor into a frog. The frost giants are trying to break into a room where Odin is currently recharging his powers with the Odinsleep, and once they do, Loki will kill him and rule Asgard. The team manage to free themselves and Thor, but when they start doing poorly against the frost giants, Spider-Man suggests a tactical retreat, and Thor reluctantly takes the team out of there.

Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends Episode Ten: The Vengeance of Loki!

The Vengeance of Loki

First Aired: November 14th, 1981

Synopsis: From Asgard, Loki uses magic to move an iceberg to hit a ship. The ship sends out a distress signal which is picked up by Iceman. He heads to the Arctic with Firestar and Spider-Man to save it. While Iceman is swimming to sink the ship, he notices a Viking ship frozen in the iceberg, with a diamond in its bow reflecting at him. While Spider-Man and Firestar are helping save the ship, Thor shows up, and explains about the gods of Asgard. The diamond in the frozen ship is one of the Twins of the Gods, with its counterpart being possessed by Loki, who wants to use them to gain more power. The heroes look for the frozen ship again but Loki manages to beat them to it and get the other Twin of the God. He teleports Iceman and Thor to realms of Asgard, where they're trapped, before reviving a Viking who was in the ship and giving him power to destroy the world. Finally, he traps Firestar and Spider-Man with the Twins of the Gods, and then commands the Viking to head to New York to destroy it.
