Graduation Day, Part One

First Aired: January 7th, 2017

Synopsis: Peter's getting his diploma from SHIELD Academy today and is excited, but becomes less so when he finds Doctor Octopus in his house. Ock says that if he continues being Spider-Man he'll threaten Aunt May, but once he leaves Spider-Man places May in a secure SHIELD location. He then tells all of his teammates what's happened, and they split up to go to places where Ock has known associates and locations. Firstly, with his original team Spider-Man finds Scorpion at a warehouse. As they fight him they also find an imprisoned Crossbones, who is forcibly transformed into a Lizard. Both villains are defeated, and Spider-Man finds some plans involving hard-light technology. He's then contacted by the New Warriors, consisting of Triton, Squirrel Girl, Cloak, and Dagger, and goes to help them fight Kraven the Hunter. They rush in against Spider-Man's orders and are attacked by Vulture, too, but Spider-Man's leadership defeats the villains easily. 

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode One Hundred and Two: The Moon Knight Before Christmas

The Moon Knight Before Christmas

First Aired: December 17th, 2016

Synopsis: Spider-Man is housesitting the Sanctum Sanctorum for Doctor Strange on Christmas when he hears a scream from outside. Checking outside he sees a small girl being attacked by a mysterious figure calling himself Moon Knight, who himself says that he's trying to stop a demon. Spider-Man listens to the girl, Francie, and takes her inside the Sanctum Sanctorum which is warded to only let in who he allows. Francie ends up entering a room Spider-Man was forbidden from entering and she finds the helmet of an old villain of Spider-Man's, Mysterio. The helmet allowed Mysterio to make his illusions real, but during Spider-Man's final fight with him Mysterio disappeared, leaving Spider-Man with the helmet which he took to Doctor Strange. Spider-Man is briefly distracted by Moon Knight trying to break into the Sanctum Sanctorum, but on returning to Francie finds her grown up and wearing a Mysterio costume. She's actually his daughter, and intends on claiming the helmet to become the new Mysterio.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode One Hundred and One: The Spider-Slayers, Part Three

The Spider-Slayers, Part Three

First Aired: October 22nd, 2016

Synopsis: Spider-Man and his team return to the Triskelion, but SHIELD Academy still think that Scarlet Spider is a traitor and attack him. There's a big brawl but Scarlet ends up calling off the spider-slayers and things cool down. The slayers get locked into stasis tubes for now but the next day a bunch of people are found unconscious. Everyone's suspicious that the spider-slayers did it, but as their tubes lock from the outside they're cleared for now. Scarlet Spider starts looking more suspicious as the security room is found slashed up, so he voluntarily locks himself up in a stasis tube to assuage fears. Everyone splits up to investigate further but more people are taken out, and when Scarlet's tube is checked it turns out to be empty. They follow a trail of synthezoid fluid to Kaine, the spider-synthezoid previous fought by Mary Jane and Spider-Man, who is now further mutated. They realise that he's responsible for everything and fight him.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode One Hundred: The Spider-Slayers, Part Two

The Spider-Slayers, Part Two

First Aired: October 15th, 2016

Synopsis: Spider-Man is now in Doctor Octopus' submarine, travelling with Scarlet Spider and Ock to HYDRA Island. As they make their way inside HYDRA Island they're approached by spider-synthezoids named Bone Spider, Goliath Spider, and Ghost Spider, whom Ock should be able to control, but their controls have been disabled by Arnim Zola. Meanwhile, Mary Jane meets with Flash, Amadeus, and Miles and tells them that they need to get to HYDRA Island. Back on said island Doctor Octopus reveals that the synthezoids - named the spider-slayers - were designed to be led by Scarlet and the Scarlet himself is a synthezoid. Scarlet has an existential crisis but eventually gets it together and helps beat them up. While that happens Doctor Octopus leaves to find his nanotech research, and upon using it on himself, is physically changed, including having a yellow-and-green outfit. To Spider-Man and Scarlet Spider's surprise, he returns and helps them stop the spider-slayers, trapping them in cages using nanotechnology.

The Spider-Slayers, Part One

First Aired: October 8th, 2016

Synopsis: Peter and Mary Jane are hanging out when they find someone in a Spider-Man suit in the bushes. His mask won't come off as it appears to be his face, and he shocks Peter when he touches him. Peter changes to Spider-Man and with Mary Jane, goes after the duplicate which has escaped. They find a secret base with a smashed up laboratory. There are notes about something called Project Kaine, but before they can look through them further more Spider-Man duplicates, appearing to be based on Arnim Zola's synthezoids, appear. Mary Jane reveals that she still has the Carnage symbiote and transforms into what she declares is the Ultimate Spider-Woman. She admits that she didn't tell Peter since he kept being Spider-Man a secret from her for so long, and she doesn't want to be a superhero. The fight breaks open the floor below and the duo are attacked by the duplicate which fought them in the park, but it's taken out by a reappearing Scarlet Spider.

Ultimate Spider-Man Episode Ninety-Eight: Strange Little Halloween

Strange Little Halloween

First Aired: October 1st, 2016

Synopsis: Spider-Man goes out trick or treating but his friends don't want to join. While he's out a wave of magical energy turns kids into what they're dressed as, so Spider-Man goes to Doctor Strange, who says that he's contained it to the city. He doesn't know who's behind it but can detect that it originated from the quantum space between dimensions, so they go to see Ant-Man. Due to the spell Ant-Man has turned into a giant ant, but Doctor Strange returns him to normal and he shrinks them down into the quantum realm. In the quantum realm they find Baron Mordo, who has Dormammu working for him. As they fight him Dormammu turns into Ultron, then Doctor Octopus, and they realise that it's just an illusion. Spider-Man deduces that the power is within Mordo himself and that he's drawing energy from the quantum realm - therefore, if they can take him out of it he'll be depowered.

Synopsis: A fleet lead by Julio show up to Arzenal, ostensibly to relieve the Norma but in reality to kill them all. Jill tells anyone who wants to surrender to do so, but everyone's ready to fight. She heads below Arzenal, where a ship is hidden, and starts preparing it. Meanwhile, Hilda, Chris, and Rosalie start fighting back against the humans who have infiltrated Arzenal. Some humans capture Vivian and take her away. Ange, meanwhile, is escorted away by Salia, who says that she has to get to the Vilkiss and escape, but Momoka saves Ange. Embryo appears before Ange and tells her where to find Julio. She makes her way to the Vilkiss, and after saving Hilda's squad, pinned down by fire, she flies off to go after Julio.
